WHO WE ARE

Ocean 6 is a place where bold new ideas change the world of finance. We empower successful business owners to organize and clarify their financial future. Ocean 6 is A new world of wealth®.

Our firm is guided by our brand foundation:

  • Our Why: The value we provide makes a profound difference in people’s lives, and helps our clients reach their goals.
  • Vision: Our bold new ideas will change the world of finance.
  • Who We Serve: Successful Incorporated Professionals & Business Owners.

To join our close-knit, entrepreneurial team, attitude is everything. Tasks can be taught, but being positive, driven, and eager to dive into new experiences cannot.

THE ROLE

This role supports all three Ocean 6 partners. You’ll manage calendars, travel, and expenses across three distinct working styles, and help run day-to-day office operations.

This is a high-trust, high-access role: you’ll be inside confidential client files, personal schedules, and executive decision-making on a daily basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide direct, day-to-day support to all three of the firm’s partners
  • Own and manage calendars for all three partners, proactively resolving conflicts before they become problems
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries) end-to-end, including contingency planning
  • Coordinate with our bookkeepers and prepare monthly financial filings for partner review
  • Compile, reconcile, and track monthly business expenses and receipts with full accuracy
  • Support hiring logistics
  • Screen and manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and handle general front-of-house needs
  • Maintain and organize confidential client records in our CRM, ensuring data integrity and compliance with our standards
  • Anticipate needs before they’re voiced, based on deep familiarity with each partner’s habits, priorities, and working style
  • Act as a filter and gatekeeper; using judgment to prioritize what reaches each partner and what can be handled independently
  • Set the standard for white-glove service across every client, partner, team member, and visitor interaction
  • Own vendor relationships, supplies, and general office upkeep
  • Help plan and execute events and celebrations (anniversaries, birthdays, retreats)
  • Other responsibilities as required by Ocean 6

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years supporting senior executives or multiple principals directly
  • Comfortable working with financial documents and coordinating with bookkeepers/accountants
  • Proven track record exercising independent judgment and discretion with highly confidential information
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands from multiple stakeholders and prioritize without direction
  • CRM experience required; comfortable learning and owning new systems
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, including comfort representing partners in client-facing situations
  • We’re looking for someone who wants to build something long-term, not a stepping stone

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • $68,000 – $80,000 (potential to participate in profit-sharing program in future)
  • Dental care & Extended health care
  • On-site gym
  • On-site parking
