Lago is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating effective communication between departments. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, making a significant impact on our operations. Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings
Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations
Conduct outreach and follow-ups with potential partners, clients, and collaborators (including cold calling when needed)
Facilitate communication between executives and staff members, ensuring information flows smoothly
Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team
Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries
Prepare expense reports and manage budgets as needed
Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and documents
Perform research and compile information to support decision-making and strategic planning
Handle other administrative, operational, and ad hoc tasks as needed to support the President and overall business goals
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative roles, preferably supporting C-levels / executive
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Attention to Detail: Precise attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
Discretion: Strong sense of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
Nice to Have:
Previous experience supporting a C-level executive or founder.
Background in sports, entertainment, branding, or startups.
Interest in athlete development or personal brand building
