The Co-Founder travels extensively, spending roughly 90% of his time on the road, and relies heavily on a team of Executive Assistants who operate as true partners. This is not a role for someone who simply reacts to requests. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and enjoys being one step ahead in a constantly evolving environment.

Beyond the role itself, the firm is known for its exceptional culture, collaborative administrative team, strong leadership accessibility, and commitment to employee development. Despite its success and growth, the office maintains a close-knit, entrepreneurial feel where hard work is recognized and rewarded.
