About You:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Americasexecutiveleadershipteam, with a primary focus on supporting the President of the Americas. This role is critical in ensuring the executive teams day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and business growth. You will have the chance to work closely with adynamicleadershipteam, gain exposure to critical decision-making processes, and contribute to meaningful projects.

Day to day, you will:

Proactively manage the Presidents complex calendar, coordinate internal and external meetings, and arrange travel in line with company policies, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the President and other members of the Americasexecutiveleadershipteam, ensuring clearcommunicationand a high level ofprofessionalism.

Organize and coordinate meeting logistics, including agendas and actionable follow-ups.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Proactively anticipate the Presidents needs and provide solutions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Assist with onboarding new starters and collaborate with other members of the executive team and support staff to drive organizational priorities.

Your skills and experience include:

Required:

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or in a similar role, supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills, with the ability to deal with sensitive and complex situations confidently.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.

Demonstrated ability to use initiative, work independently and exercise sound judgement infast-pacedenvironments while maintaining confidentiality, impartiality and discretion.

Preferred:

Bachelors degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.

Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
