Executive Assistant
Location:San Francisco, CA
Pay: $80,000-$120,000 / year
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities
Executive Support:
Expertly manage calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, documents, presentations, and correspondence with meticulousattention to detail. Serve as a gatekeeper and point of contact for stakeholders, prioritize requests, tasks and assignments. Anticipate executives needs and proactively suggest solutions and implement improvements.
Meeting & Event Management:
Schedule and organize meetings, prepare presentations and materials, and oversee logistics. Manage meetings and take detailed notes and follow up on action items. Plan and arrange business events.
Analytical and Project Work:
Conduct research and compile data to supportexecutive decision-making. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the executive team or board of directors. Provide support on special projects related to strategy, operations, or business development.
Personal Support:
Handle light personal assistant duties such as managing appointments, errands, and personal travel/events.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
Impeccableattention to detailand strong organizational skills.
Professional and articulate written and verbalcommunication skills.
Considerable tact and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
Demonstrated ability to quickly build trust and cultivate strong relationships.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create meaningful connections
Background or interest in banking, finance, or operations, preferred
Experience in research, data analysis, and report preparation, preferred.
