Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Manage the executive’s calendar as well as the overall Bebemos calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments, taking into account the fast-paced nature of the spirits industry which includes tastings, pairing dinners, tap/takeovers, trade shows, and promotional events.

Communication and Correspondence: Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications, ensuring prompt responses and maintaining a professional image for the brand while serving as the primary point of contact between the executive and everyone else.

Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing all Bebemos events with the events team: product launches, tastings, pairing dinners, tap/takeovers, sponsorships, and promotional activities. This will involve coordinating logistics, managing invitations, and venue bookings, and liaising with vendors and partners. And attending most, if not all, local events as help and support.

Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel for the executive, and sometimes for partners and clients, ensuring smooth logistics and accommodations including travel itineraries and plan confirmations.

Brand and Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, consumer preferences, and industry regulations to support strategic decision-making.
