A boutique healthcare company based in NYC seeks an Executive Assistant to support their CEO. Must be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary: $100-120k

Schedule:On-site Mon-Fri

Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM

Duties:

Manage CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reports

Coordinate board meetings, communications with investors, and administrative support

Oversee office operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment

Assist with planning and logistics for on/off-site events

Support cross-functional projects and initiatives assigned by the executive team

Handle office supplies, vendor relationships, and daily operational needs

Serve as primary point of contact for building management and external partners

Support onboarding for new hires, including equipment setup and office logistics

Manage office IT issues (printers, conference room tech) and coordinate with IT support

Requirements:

4+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting C-Suite executives

2+ years of office management experience

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other collaboration tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
