Responsibilities
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, maintaining high professionalism and accuracy
Assist in the organisation and execution of company events and meetings
Maintain and organise files and records, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date
Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the executive team efficiently
Manage and prioritise the calendars of executives, scheduling meetings and appointments effectively
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare executive itineraries, ensuring all details are organised and communicated clearly
Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive task approach
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
