We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director in a rapidly scaling business. This role is akin to a Chief of Staff and requires a proactive, strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and communication skills. This position is targeted towards a young, driven professional who is looking to turbocharge their career and be exposed to all aspects of running a business. Ideally, the candidate has one or two years of experience and has completed a graduate program at a bank, a consulting firm, a technology firm or similar.
Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director, providing insights and recommendations.
Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
Research strategic projects and initiatives, finding relevant data sources, analyzing data, summarizing and presenting findings in a logical way and providing recommendations to the Managing Director.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the Managing Director.
Facilitate communication between the Managing Director and other executives, employees, and stakeholders.
Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, including meetings, travel, and events.
Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
Other ad-hoc tasks that may be required from time to time in order to ensure timely deliver of timelines and targets.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or a related field.
One or two years of professional experience in a SaaS company, a fintech, a bank or professional services company.
Completion of a graduate program at a bank, a consulting firm, a technology firm or similar.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience using AI tools to increase productivity.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
