The incumbent will be responsible for providing high quality, efficient support to theVP,HR Business Partner, Digital, CX and Ops Transformationand coordinate with other Executive Assistants for effective handling of work for the team. It’s a fast-paced position with multiple demands which requires a demonstrated regard for confidentiality and a high level of judgment, creativity to assist in the creation of presentation materials and ability to solve for solutions.

What will you do?
Manages all aspects of the VP’s short-term and long-term calendar to ensure meetings are prioritised with internal and external clients/business partners as appropriate
Assists in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, letters, memos, presentations and reports
Works with VP to create materials for a variety of audiences including employees, executives andstakeholders. Utilizes your Power Point and communication skills to help translate written content into compelling, visually appealing presentations
Effectively works with otherEA’sin scheduling and coordination for meetings and other needs
Proactively anticipates the needs of the VP in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Manages all travel arrangements and accompanying material
Helps manage budget and reporting, liaising with Finance where necessary

What do you need to succeed?
Has minimum of 5 years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), proficient with web, and able to quickly learn enterprise applications. Strong PowerPoint skills are a must
Resourceful, spirited, innovative, highly service-oriented, and a team player.
Energetic self-starter whois able totake initiative, work with minimum supervision, work on projects with frequent interruptions and achieve objectives through others
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of individuals in different situations requiring tact, diplomacy, judgment and discretion
Takes personal responsibility for delivering quality service
