Philly Office Retail, a mission-oriented, fast paced, commercial real estate development company, based in Northwest Philadelphia, is seeking a driven, project oriented full time Office Manager/Executive Assistant who knows how to work independently.
Philly Office Retail manages more than 400 units in 75 buildings. Its tenants are both commercial (office, retail, restaurants and light industrial) and residential (studios, 1  and 2 ). Philly Office Retail also oversees the adaptive reuse of older buildings and various other programs including Jumpstart Philly, Trolley Car Table Tennis Club and the Teachers’ Fund.
