temporary challenge? We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Executive Assistant (m/f/d) for our client in Zug. What you will do Provide executive support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence
Organize meetings, workshops, and events, and assist with special projects
Manage office budgets, expenses, and vendors
Ensure a professional,
welcoming atmosphere
for visitors and partners
Handle incoming
communication
, including phone calls, emails, and post, and ensure timely follow-ups Create and edit reports, presentations, and documents
Collaborate with the HR team for company events and initiatives
Oversee office systems, maintenance, and safety procedures
Lead
sustainability
efforts within the office
Qualifikationen5+ years’ experience in a senior administrative role Fluent in English, additional European languages a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational,
multitasking
