needs of individuals and businesses on a global scale. Within the administration team, they are now inviting an experienced Executive Assistant in their Singapore office. Candidates who have experience in 1:1 supporting senior executives/ C-suites and have strong knowledge in intensive calendar management would be ideal!

Immediately available would be an advantage!

Job responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events for the executive team.

Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and presentations.

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

Assist in preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure

efficient workflow

and

communication

.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree holder.

Minimum 10 years of experience in executive assistant or similar administrative role.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal

communication skills

.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.

High level of

professionalism

and discretion.
