RSC2 is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join our growing team in Aberdeen, MD!

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to senior leaders and executives, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.

Coordinate and prepare for meetings, conferences, and other events, including preparing agendas, minutes, and other materials.

Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets, databases, and other documents, including tracking and analyzing data to support business decisions.

Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information, including personnel records, financial data, and other proprietary information.

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Coordinate and facilitate communication between teams, departments, and external partners, including drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Manage and maintain the organization’s physical and digital files, including ensuring compliance with records management policies and procedures.

Provide support for special projects and initiatives, including conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports and presentations.

Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization’s policies, procedures, and systems, including staying up-to-date on changes and updates to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Five (5) or more years of experience as an EA.

AA or higher.

An additional 4 years of experience in a related field may be substituted for education. A BA, BS, or higher may be substituted for 3 years of experience as long as their degree is in a related field.
