An esteemed consulting firm is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support its CEO. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a visionary leader, contributing to all facets of the business while gaining invaluable experience and professional growth.
The Executive Assistant will serve as a true right-hand partner, expertly managing both business and personal matters, complex calendar management, coordination of domestic and international travel (often on private aircraft), and the planning of special events. The ideal candidate is a sharp, strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The salary range for this role is $140k-160k commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to medical and dental insurance as well as generous PTO. Special note: This position allows for some hybrid work from home opportunities.
Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, including scheduling meetings and maintaining detailed itineraries
Coordinate extensive travel arrangements, both domestic and international, including private aircraft
Assist in the development and preparation of executive-level presentations, meeting materials, and speeches
Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports and invoices in a timely manner
Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence with accuracy and discretion
Field and direct incoming calls and communications to appropriate parties with professionalism and efficiency
Support additional projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications of the Executive Assistant:
Bachelor’s degree required
A minimum of 6-8 years of high-level administrative support experience at the C level, preferably in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent service
Ability to perform under pressure, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain composure in a dynamic environment
