NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Executive Assistant join our client’s team in Denver, CO. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $85-$120K (depending on experience)

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive administrative or support role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Professional demeanor and ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders, including government officials, partners, and internal team members.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Procore, and Textura is preferred.
Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail.
