You’ll work alongside the Office Manager / Senior Executive Assistant who is an expert in her field, with more than 20 years supporting at the most senior level, and she is keen to share information, help you to upskill and support your career development. She has a wonderful balance of professionalism and fun – and she’s looking for a great teammate!

You will enjoy this role if you like working in a smaller (yet very chic!) office environment. This will be office-based 5 days per week during Probezeit, with home office opportunity upon successful completion.
The Role
You will support the Managing Director, and work very closely with the Senior Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support with office and project management.
Core duties include:
Calendar coordination & inbox management
Travel arrangements
Organisation of meetings
Preparation of presentations
Handling sensitive legal, financial & personnel documentation
Expenses, invoicing
Arranging events
Ad-hoc projects
Ensuring the smooth running of the office alongside the Office Manager
Covering for the Office Manager when she is away
To be considered for this role, these are essential skills and attributes:
Demonstrate experience in high-level service-oriented environments (such as completed your Hotelfachfrau/mann Ausbildung in 5* hotels), or worked as an Assistant in a similar boutique environment
Demonstrate previous experience working with high-net-worth individuals / senior executives
Possess fluent German and advanced English skills
Comprehensive MS Office knowledge
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Enjoy and work well in an ever-changing environment with moving deadlines
Ability to problem-solve and use initiative
Possess a professional and calm demeanour
Impeccable attention to detail
Exercise discretion and confidentiality
