Our client, a leader in financial software, is hiring an Executive Assistant to join their team in Mountain View, CA!
**This is a 10-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays**
As the Executive Assistant, you willbe supporting 2 Directors & 1 Vice President inhandling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving the clerical, administrative function, research, and management roles.
Responsibilities:
Actively manage large and complex calendars to support teams and Executives by understanding their key priorities
Plan, coordinate, and ensure schedule is followed as well as handle travel coordination and arrangements
Responsible for schedule management, office management, communication liaison, information preparation, company records management, representation, and data analysis
Managing and reconcilingexpense reports on behalf of the leaders
Desired Skills:
3-4+ years of experience as an EA supporting multiple Executives
Advanced Outlook Calendar Management
Concur a plus
Prior experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Possess a high degree of initiative to take independent action
