Anticipate problems, flag risks, and propose solutions before being asked
Represent the CEO in written communications, emails, and follow-ups with polish and tact
Prepare for key meetings with agendas, materials, and post-meeting action tracking
Use tools like Slack, CRMs, and AI schedulers to manage tasks and streamline workflows
Build deep trust and sync with the CEO’s work style and communication tone
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
