About the Role

Traxler Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong sense of initiative, discretion, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be able to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and act as a trusted liaison on both personal and business matters. A background in legal or paralegal work is strongly preferred.

This is a critical support role for a high-performing entrepreneur. Success in this position requires excellent judgment, an understanding of business operations, and the ability to work independently with little oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate leaderships calendar, appointments, and meetings

Serve as a key liaison between the owner and internal and external stakeholders, managing personal communications with discretion, professionalism, and attention to confidentiality

Draft, review, and organize business documents, contracts, leases, vendor agreements, and other legal materials

Conduct legal and business research; assist in compliance, licensing, and operational documentation

Handle confidential personal and business correspondence with discretion

Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and personal scheduling

Manage errands and tasks related to Ownerships’ personal affairs, such as property management, appointments, and household coordination

Track and follow up on key projects and deadlines across the business portfolio

Prepare reports, manage expense reimbursements, and support financial tracking

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or in a similar support role

Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to Portland, Bend and other regional areas as needed to support multi-location operations.

Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication

Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information

Strong independent judgment and decision-making ability

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks and other task/project management tools

Professional demeanor and the ability to represent leadership with tact and confidence

Preferred Experience

Paralegal certification or demonstrated legal knowledge/experience

Prior experience supporting a business owner or entrepreneur

Familiarity with hospitality, restaurant operations, or service-based businesses

Understanding of regional compliance requirements, HR basics, and business acumen

Experience assisting with both personal and professional matters in a confidential capacity
