- Support organization-wide messaging and materials
- Prepare reports and presentations for donors, partners, and community stakeholders
Advance Advocacy & Mission Work
- Conduct research and provide administrative support for advocacy initiatives
- Help coordinate engagement with coalitions and community partners
Keep People & Operations Moving
- Support HR coordination, including hiring requests and onboarding tracking
- Assist with organization-wide projects, grants, audits, and compliance
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold equity-centered practices
How You’ll Make an Impact
You’ll help bring our mission to life by:
- Supporting strategic priorities and tracking key performance indicators
- Sharing data and insights that drive continuous improvement
- Celebrating wins and helping teams learn from challenges
- Contributing to a culture rooted in equity, transparency, and growth

What You Bring
- 5–7 years of executive-level administrative experience (nonprofit preferred)

- Exceptional organization, communication, and judgment
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with discretion and grace
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and continuous learning
