Executive Assistant Our client is one of the prominent stock exchanges in the UAE looking to hire an Executive Assistant Arabic speaker  on a 12-month extendable contract  to join their team based in Abu Dhabi.  The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high-level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf.

Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations. Responsibilities:  Calendar management for executives Aid executive in preparing for meetings Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for executives. Stakeholders collaborations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. At least 4 years of experience in the Securities or Stock Exchange industry or within similar operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Experience in managing multiple priorities, and administrative coordination. Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Strong written and verbal

communication skills

. Preferably can join immediately or with a maximum 1 month notice period.
