Executive Assistant to the Founder
Location: Bandra & Santacruz, Mumbai
Compensation: ₹6 – 7 LPA
Experience : 6+ years as an EA

Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Founder. The ideal candidate will be an organized multitasker with strong communication skills, capable of handling a variety of responsibilities including correspondence, administrative tasks, HR coordination, and vendor management. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize the Founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle appointments.
Coordinate and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the Founder, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Organize and prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other materials required for meetings.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and external parties.
Assist with the management of HR functions, including tracking attendance, handling leave requests, and maintaining employee records.
Manage office operations, including liaising with vendors, ordering supplies, and managing office maintenance tasks.
Handle personal tasks and special projects for the Founder, as needed.
Take and share minutes during meetings, following up on action points and deadlines.
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for the Founder as needed.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to interact with senior management, clients, and external parties.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
Familiarity with HR processes, including attendance and leave management.
