We are looking for assistant for a director and over office at Akota near by Manisha chokadi , Vadodara.

Administrative Support

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, prioritizing and responding as appropriate.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Meeting Coordination

Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and logistics are arranged.

Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items as required.

Ensure the Director is prepared for meetings, including the preparation of relevant documentation and agendas.

Project Management

Assist in the coordination of special projects and initiatives, providing support to the Director as needed.

Track the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Travel And Event Management

Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries.

Assist in organizing events, conferences, and other gatherings on behalf of the Director.

Expense Management

Track and submit expenses for approval, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Prepare reports on expenses and provide summaries to the Director as needed.

Liaison And Communication

Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
