YOUR MISSIONTo enable the CRO/C Suite team to operate at peak performance by removing friction, protecting focus, and driving follow-through on key priorities with speed, discretion, and excellence across both business and personal life.

OUTCOMES

  • CRO/C Suite team time is leveraged at the highest possible value calendar, priorities, and meetings are ruthlessly aligned with strategic goals
  • Communication, information, and decisions flow clearly and quickly between the CRO/ C Suite team and all internal and external stakeholders
  • High-priority tasks and projects are supported with fast, detail-perfect execution including meeting prep, research, slides, agendas, and follow-ups
  • Operational and personal logistics (travel, events, household coordination) are handled seamlessly and proactively
  • The CRO/C Suite team is one step ahead: briefed, protected, and focused on what matters most
  • The executive’s personal life runs smoothly with complete discretion creating space for rest, and personal priorities
  • The Flight HQ experience is energising and high-functioning, with the EA working closely with the Head of Happiness & Health to ensure the environment enables great culture, seamless operations, and performance excellence

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Execution Excellence: Operates with precision, urgency, and care. Nothing slips. Everything is on time, well-considered, and finished to the highest standard.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Can read the room, anticipate needs, and manage up and across with calm, tact, and discretion.
  • Prioritisation: Expert at protecting time and energy. Sees what’s truly important and can tactfully remove what isn’t.
  • Problem Solving: Thinks ahead. Handles ambiguity with structure. Moves things forward without needing hand-holding.
  • Communication: Clear, thoughtful, and fast – both written and verbal. Can draft emails, slides, or agendas with the voice of the exec.
  • Judgement & Discretion: Trusted with sensitive information, difficult conversations, and high-pressure decisions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience supporting a senior executive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (start-up, media, venture, or similar)
  • Thrives in a high-performance culture with big ambition and high standards
  • Has worked closely with founders or execs and understands the boundaryless nature of modern leadership support confident managing business and private life in parallel with complete discretion
  • Tech-native: fluent in G-suite, Slack, AI tools, and calendar/email management tools
  • Comfortable in boardrooms and briefing decks one moment, solving practical admin issues the next
  • Emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and able to manage up with confidence
  • Takes pride in creating clarity and enabling others to lead at their best
  • Collaborative and proactive partner to the Director of Happiness & Health in running an energising and well-functioning HQ

Phone Call with the Talent Team – You will share a call with our talent team who will answer any questions you have about the role, our business and any next steps.

1st Interview – This first stage will involve meeting your potential manager and team members.

2nd Stage Interview – Task – Through the task round you get an insight into the day to day responsibilities of the role and we get the opportunity to understand how you work.

Final Stage Interview – The final interview involves meeting a Senior Stakeholder in the business.
