Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative & Business Support

Manage and organize the business calendar, scheduling client calls, sessions, and consultations.
Handle incoming emails and inquiries from clients, ensuring prompt responses.
Keep track of bookings, session availability, and reminders for upcoming shoots.
Assist with contracts, invoices, and payment tracking, ensuring a seamless process for clients.
Oversee client intake, ensuring all required forms, waivers, and guides are sent and received before sessions.
Maintain a system for managing and tracking clients, leads, and follow-ups.
Assist with vendor and partnership outreach, including potential collaborations, sponsorships, and events.

2. Client Communication & Experience

Act as the first point of contact for new and potential clients, providing them with session details, pricing, and available dates.
Help manage follow-up communication with clients after sessions, ensuring they receive their galleries, purchase consultation calls, and print orders.
Provide reminders for payment plans, gallery selection deadlines, and order fulfillment timelines.

3. Social Media & Content Management

Assist with social media engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Help schedule posts, reels, and stories based on Savannah’s content calendar.
Track analytics and insights for social media growth and client engagement.
Organize and repurpose content for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok).
Maintain a content library of past client sessions, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional materials.

4. Marketing & Promotions

Help the business manage seasonal promotions, mini-session launches, and campaign planning.
Assist with email marketing, including creating and scheduling newsletters and client updates.
Keep track of referral program participants and ensure clients receive incentives.
Monitor and update listings, including website information, blog posts, and client testimonials.

5. Business Growth & Organization

Assist with event coordination for promotional shoots, networking events, and potential workshops.
Work alongside Me to develop new session offerings, pricing structures, and marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills Needed:

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients professionally.
Tech-savvy, comfortable using scheduling software, email marketing platforms, and social media tools.
Experience in customer service, social media management, or administrative support is preferred.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with photography businesses, creative industries, or dog-related brands is a plus.
A love for dogs and an understanding of dog owners’ needs is highly beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 – $15.00 per hour
