Coordinate executive schedules and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time across multiple time zones. Manage travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries for regional and international trips. Act as a liaison between executives and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships. Prepare and review internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with company goals and tone. Organize and oversee meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and

professionalism

. Support office management by overseeing administrative tasks, procurement, and vendor relations. Assist in

project coordination

, tracking milestones and ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in executive support or a similar administrative role, ideally within a

fast-paced environment

. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Excellent

communication skills

, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
