We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Executive. This role involves managing the Executive’s calendar, handling logistics, and ensuring smooth coordination of both personal and work-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule the Executive’s appointments, considering travel time and personal commitments. Coordinate the children’s schedules, including school events, extracurricular activities, and tutoring sessions.

Summarize emails, highlight important action items, and ensure timely follow-up. Manage invitations and scheduling requests, ensuring they align with the Executive’s priorities.

Organize travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, and transportation. Ensure smooth transitions between meetings and personal engagements.

Assist with personal errands, such as dry cleaning and meal planning, and keep track of tasks to ensure everything is completed on time.

Communicate effectively with internal and external parties and maintain discretion when handling sensitive information.

Ability to stay flexible and work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in administrative support or similar roles.

Professional and trustworthy with sensitive information.
