We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our General Manager and Editor-in-Chief in New York. This role is perfect for a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly.
In this role: you’ll manage daily calendars, coordinate complex domestic and international travel, and organize meetings, events, and teleconferences. Acting as a key point of contact, you’ll handle correspondence, prepare materials, and ensure leadership is always prepared. You’ll also collaborate with teams across offices, manage expense reports, and help drive key team activities like staff meetings and all-hands gatherings.
We’re looking for: someone with at least two years of executive assistant experience in a dynamic setting. You should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with Microsoft Office and other web-based tools. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and discretion are essential, as well as the ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly. Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude, a proactive mindset, and a team-oriented spirit.
