throtl is looking for a passionate, creative and driven individual to join our Team. Under the direction of the Vice Presidents of throtl, the Executive Assistant & Office Manager performs a variety of highly responsible, confidential and complex administrative and office management duties.

Salary range: $60,000 – $80,000 + Bonus

Year 1 is going to be about:

· Coordinate schedules and access calendar of the throtl Vice Presidents to optimize their time and to facilitate the exchange of information, resolving any scheduling conflicts

· Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents for the executive as needed

· Coordinate the successful and timely completion of the company’s quarterly review & objectives setting process

· Code all credit card receipts and perform other expense-related tasks

· Plan, organize, and execute company sponsored department events

· Assistance with legal contracts and documents as needed, including but not limited to, review of, obtaining signatures for, and saving and sharing executed copies for electronic filing

· Assistance in the purchasing and selling of vehicles

· Processing Registrations and filing transfer of title paperwork

· At times, searching for vehicles to purchase, and creating for sale listings

· Maintain California employee and office compliance with assistance from Human Resources

· Email Marketing support

· Management of inventory and ordering of office supplies, first aid kits, breakroom supplies, PPE, Coffee/Vending, etc.

· Sort company mail & packages & distribute to the intended recipient

· Conduct weekly & daily building/facilities inspections

· Quarterly badge audits for CA building

· New hire set up (update seating chart, cube location, name tag, welcome kits, badges)

· Handle Facilities vendor visits and requests all Office Manager facilities requests – escalating to Facilities Manager when needed

We can’t skip over some of the specific skills and experience we know are a “must” to be successful. So, we need you to have:

· Education: Undergraduate degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Experience: 4+ years of experience in an EA or Office Management role.

· Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel

· High level of integrity and confidentiality

· Highly organized with a proven track record of efficiency

· Computer proficient

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

· Oral and written communication, interpersonal skills.

· Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
