What You Will Do

In this role, you will be part of the CEO Office team, working directly with C-level executives. You will collaborate across departments, capture insights, improve processes, and support high-impact strategic initiatives.

This role offers direct exposure to strategy, execution, and leadership at the highest level—supporting the growth of our healthcare business while helping launch new ventures across sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support & Leadership

  • Conduct analysis and support executive decision-making
  • Provide structured input on business operations and corporate initiatives
  • Track progress on strategic objectives, KPIs, and key initiatives

Executive Support

  • Manage CEO calendar, priorities, and scheduling
  • Handle communication and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Ensure no tasks, commitments, or deadlines are missed

Execution & Coordination

  • Track progress and ensure alignment across functions

Problem Solving & Ownership

  • Identify issues and propose practical solutions
  • Take initiative to resolve problems proactively
  • Operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving situations

Workflow Management & Reporting

  • Manage incoming tasks, priorities, and workflows
  • Compile and review reports for accuracy and relevance
  • Support improvement of documentation and reporting systems

Communication & Liaison

  • Act as liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Facilitate clear communication across management and teams
  • Support coordination with external partners when needed

Governance, Policy & Compliance

  • Support implementation of internal policies and governance standards across the organization
  • Assist in preparation of corporate documents, agreements, and board-related materials
  • Ensure licensing and regulatory requirements are properly maintained and up to date
  • Reinforce discipline, structure, and accountability in how the organization operates

Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Track performance and provide structured updates
  • Monitor execution against plans, KPIs, and key decisions
  • Support follow-through and accountability across functions

Special Projects

  • Execute assignments and projects directly under CEO supervision

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience working closely with C-level executives is highly preferred
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management capabilities
  • Attention to detail, high accuracy, and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to ethical conduct
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
