** Prefer those stay at West or able to travel to Watlow Singapore Office
Job Responsibilities
Assist the President and Asia Leadership on a daily basis.
Maintain and manage all P&C matters.
Assist the President and Asia Leadership in overseeing business operations / supports, understanding and driving strategic initiatives.
Gain hands-on experience in business operations to support informed decision-making.
Minuting board meetings and ensuring effective follow up of actions emerging from these meetings.
Manage and maintain meeting schedules, including meeting facilities and key engagements.
Make travel arrangements, itinerary/agenda management.
Maintaining and prioritizing President and Asia Leadership’s calendar.
Compile and manage reimbursement, expense, travelling claims and reports.
Filing, support correspondence and communication with internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and follow-through on key projects & etcs.
Any other duties that form part of the portfolio or may be beneficial to the organisation from time to time.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in executive support, business operations, or a strategic role.
Strong business acumen with an interest in learning operational and leadership functions.
Excellent in organizational skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with senior stakeholders.
Willingness to travel internationally for business meetings and events (when and if there is a need).
Excellent in Powerpoint, Excel, Words.
