Position: Executive Assistant (French speaker)

What you’ll be doing Liaise with the Group’s managers, suppliers and clients on behalf of the Office of the Executive Chairman to ensure a smooth flow of
communication
and understanding. Screen and prioritize incoming items to ensure the Executive Chairman is advised of and updated on current issues, events and items, and make recommendations for action. Follow up on directives sent through the Office of the Executive Chairman, monitoring their progress.
Plan, organize and execute projects and a range of
diverse
assignments. Organize and participate in meetings related to the Executive Chairman’s function. Assist in planning and organizing visits to the Group’s Head Office by selected visitors specifically invited through the Office of the Executive Chairman. Proactively identify issues and priorities. Plan, organize and execute effective delivery of reports and programs as required by the Executive Chairman.
Build professional relationships with Senior Group management and the leaders in the field of the Group’s activity. Act as an ambassador and role model representing the Group with
professionalism
at the highest levels. What you’ll need to succeed English and French speaking is a must. Arabic speaking is a plus. 4-6 years of Admin/EA experience to a Senior Stakeholder/Executive. Excellent
communication skills
are required verbally and in writing.
