Full Job Description
Duties:
Calendar management
Scheduling travel for President and Sales.
Administrative support for President.
Schedule and assist with employee appreciation events.
Attend high school and college advisory meetings, career fairs, and work with administration to improve educational programs.
Oversee and coordinate company internships.
Coordinate and provide on-site support for one or two trade shows a year ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Work with marketing partners to assist with content for presentations, sales literature, social media, and newsletters.
Proofread work to ensure accuracy.
Lead special projects and perform other general office duties as required with minimum supervision.
Must be comfortable answering phones and assisting Engineering and Office manager as needed.
Recommend ideas for improving procedures and environment to continue to make Electroform a better place to work.
Skills required:
3+ years Administrative/Executive Assistant experience
Positive and Flexible
Ability to accomplish tasks with no or minimal supervision
Highly organized, detail oriented and strong communication skills required
Creative and problem solver

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
