THE ROLE

  • Based on-site at Mahameru International Medical Centre, with regular engagements across Aura Miu’s operations and client locations
  • A hands-on, full-time role supporting both Directors across all Aura Miu initiatives
  • You’ll span executive support, project management, sales, marketing, and client operations
  • Ideal for someone outgoing, digitally fluent, commercially aware, and hungry to grow fast

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Executive & Admin Support

  • Support Directors day-to-day — scheduling, correspondence, documents, meeting management
  • Draft proposals, contracts, letters, presentations, and other business documents
  • Attend off-site meetings including at Mahameru International Medical Centre

Sales Support

  • Assist Directors in driving sales across Aura Miu's business verticals — functional beverages and hospitality services
  • Prepare sales proposals, pitch decks, and commercial documentation for clients and partners
  • Follow up on leads and proposals to support conversion and pipeline progression
  • Support business development for Mahameru, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
  • Track and report on sales activities and pipeline status for leadership review

Project Management & Reporting

  • Produce weekly progress reports across all active Aura Miu projects
  • Monitor timelines, follow up with teams, coordinate across workstreams

Marketing & Digital

  • Support execution of marketing strategies across Aura Miu's brand and verticals
  • Manage social media platforms, produce content, and track digital performance
  • Assist in copywriting for campaigns, posts, newsletters, and collateral

Client Support

  • On-site and operational support dedicated to Mahameru International Medical Centre
  • Execute growth and marketing strategies specific to objectives
  • Represent Aura Miu professionally in all client-facing interactions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

LANGUAGES

  • English — Fluent (required)
  • Bahasa Malaysia — Intermediate (required)
  • Mandarin — Intermediate (preferred)
  • Japanese — Basic (advantage)

TECHNICAL

  • Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint (mandatory)
  • Canva / Adobe Suite (preferred)
  • Social media management tools
  • Google Analytics or similar
  • Notion / Trello / Asana

  • Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM. WFH flexibility subject to Directors' approval
