🔹 Velzora.ai – AI Front Desk that helps businesses engage customers, answer questions, qualify leads, and automate conversations.
🔹 Lociro.ai – Secure AI Workspace that helps organizations safely use GPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI models with governance, visibility, and control.
We are looking for ONE high-potential person who can become a trusted extension of the CEO's Office and help drive execution across the company.

As the CEO is US-based, this role will work closely with the CEO to help drive execution, communication, accountability, and follow-through across multiple initiatives.

This role combines leadership exposure with hands-on execution.
Some days you may participate in leadership discussions, hiring decisions, customer meetings, product reviews, strategic planning, or special projects.
Other days you may be coordinating interviews, tracking priorities, preparing meeting notes, following up on action items, managing communications, scheduling meetings, or ensuring execution happens.
No task is too small if it helps move the company forward.
You may also represent the CEO and company in meetings, webinars, customer discussions, industry interactions, university engagements, and public-facing initiatives when appropriate.
As the company grows, you may participate in company videos, webinars, interviews, podcasts, product demonstrations, conferences, and leadership discussions.

• Track priorities, commitments, and action items across teams
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and execution activities
• Ensure important projects continue moving forward
• Help maintain visibility across operations, delivery, hiring, and strategic initiatives
• Drive accountability and follow-through across teams
• Escalate risks and blockers before they become larger issues
• Assist with hiring coordination, interviews, onboarding, and people-related initiatives
• Support leadership communication and organizational priorities
• Represent the CEO in internal discussions when needed
• Help improve operational discipline, reporting, and execution standards
• Work on special projects that impact company growth and efficiency
• Help coordinate company events, webinars, and leadership initiatives
• Assist with presentations, executive updates, and company communications
