The Executive Operations Manager serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, driving operational excellence, managing critical cross-functional projects, and overseeing high-level executive operations. This role bridges the gap between executive vision and departmental execution.

  • nStrategic Calendar Architecture: Direct and optimize the Chief Executive’s complex schedule, prioritizing high-value engagements, allocating time for strategic thinking, and shielding the executive from unnecessary distractions
  • .Meeting Facilitation & Governance: Design agendas, act as host/facilitator for leadership meetings, capture critical decisions, and rigorously follow up on action items to ensure momentum is maintained
  • .Global Logistics Management: Oversee end-to-end, complex domestic and international travel itineraries, incorporating contingency planning, security protocols, and aligned business agendas
  • .Office of the CEO Budgeting: Coordinate, track, and analyze the executive budget, managing expense reconciliation and optimizing operational spend

  • gExecutive Briefings: Prepare comprehensive briefing materials, dashboards, statistical reports, and advanced data visualizations (utilizing expert Excel and business intelligence tools) for board meetings and executive reviews
  • .Presentation Design: Author high-impact PowerPoint presentations, keynotes, and strategic pitches for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the Chief Executive’s voice and corporate branding are perfectly represented

.Strategic Project Management & Initiative Executio

  • nProject Leadership: Own, track, and drive key strategic projects from conception to completion on behalf of the Chief Executive, ensuring alignment with corporate timelines and deliverables
  • .Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central liaison between the Executive Office and department heads, facilitating communication, breaking down silos, and ensuring accountability for action items
  • .KPI Tracking & Milestones: Establish and monitor project milestones and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project health, proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions
  • .Change Management: Support the implementation of organizational changes and new operational processes across the company
