Key Responsibilities including, but not limited to:

Providing executive administrative support for the India Site Leader and their leadership team.

Proactively managing leaders’ calendar while balancing the leader’s current priorities and anticipate future activities and priorities. Coordinating leadership meetings and ensuring proper follow-up on action items.

Serving as a liaison to the leader and is considered a communication link among the leader, direct reports, peers, and business partners.

Planning and coordinating complex projects, team events and activities (e.g., presentations, meetings, special events) utilizing independent judgement.

Managing content development and logistics for townhalls, all-hands meetings, and leadership communications, including preparing materials, presentations, and reports for the Site Leader’s internal and external engagements.

Responsible for making domestic and international travel arrangements and expense report management. Coordinating with transport teams to arrange comprehensive travel plans for visitors. Supporting US leadership during India visits (accommodation, transportation, meeting schedules).

Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

10+ years of administrative support experience, with at least 3 of those years supporting an officer or senior executive, preferably in multinational organizations or retail GCCs.

Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, collaborative tools, and virtual meeting platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact confidently with senior leadership. Ability to handle administrative details and multiple calendars independently, while keeping team members adequately informed.

Strong ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity.

Experience in organizing townhalls and corporate events for large employee groups.

Ability to work extended hours to accommodate global time zones, as needed.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Preferred Requirements

Strong analytical skills.

Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines.

Ability to communicate with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, peers, and outside contacts.

Experience in project management.
