We're hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to keep a high-output executive on track across content, calendar, communications, and events. You're the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks for an executive publishing weekly content, hosting a podcast, and running live events.

Your Mission
- Own the calendar, travel, and event logistics end-to-end
- Keep the content and publishing calendar moving without being chased
- Schedule and post across social media platforms consistently
- Triage the inbox and keep communications from going dark
- Be the generalist who handles whatever the business needs next
What You Need
- Proven EA experience supporting a fast-moving executive
- AI-first mentality — you're already using GPT, Claude, and similar tools daily
- Fluent in Substack, Notion, and social media scheduling tools
- Organized, proactive, and allergic to dropped balls
- Clear communicator who doesn't need hand-holding
