Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to ensuring the executive’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
Handle and keep up with Financials
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate events, board meetings, and special projects.
Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
Experience: 3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Google sheets, Excel, docs).
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $63,077.00 – $69,048.00 per year
