Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and from the office. The Executive Assistant (EA) will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior management team. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports, organizing travel arrangements, and serving as a key communication link between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders. Additionally, the EA will assist in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks required to ensure the smooth operations of the leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to ensure seamless support for senior management.
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Excellent Executive Support skills, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to handle correspondence and liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
  • Prior experience working in a corporate or wealth management environment is an advantage.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
