The Job:
Handle a high volume of phone calls, written correspondence, and emails efficiently and effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization, including regular interaction with company executives, members of the Board of Directors, and high-profile external stakeholders.
Coordinate business travel arrangements, taking into account individual preferences and corporate travel/expense guidelines, utilizing tools like Concur.
Expense Management:
Manage and track expense reports and receipts, ensuring the regular reconciliation of corporate credit card accounts.
Meeting and Event Coordination:
Coordinate meetings and events, including agenda preparation, materials creation, presentations, minute-taking when necessary, and diligent follow-up on action items.
Event Planning:
Facilitate event planning for both off-site and on-premises events, covering aspects such as communications, venue selection, logistics, travel, hospitality, and technology requirements.
Task Prioritization:
Prioritize conflicting needs, expedite critical matters, and ensure timely follow-up on action items and next steps.
Collaboration:
Work seamlessly with other team members to ensure smooth coordination of tasks and duties.
About you:
You’re a pro at all things Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, Â etc.
You have a working knowledge of Zoom, Web Ex, Global Meet, Oracle, and Slack
You have 8+ Years of Powerhouse Support:
You’re no stranger to directly supporting a C-level executive of an expanding tech company
You can effectively “push back” when needed, all while remaining open to valuable feedback and learning opportunities
You’re a paragon of discretion, able to handle sensitive information with grace.
Your written English is a masterpiece, and your communication skills exude confidence and precision.
Bachelor’s Degree:
Your academic prowess is the cherry on top.
