Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer Jobs in Los Angeles, California, USA at Regal Medical Group

Assist the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) in all aspects of her job responsibilities locally, as well as on a corporate level, on a daily basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Manage all incoming calls to CMO. If possible dealing with each issue personally, reducing calls sent through to CMO.

Maintain and manage calendar for CMO, scheduling all high-level meetings.

Create and maintain corporate organizational charts for CMO.

Transcribe minutes for all high-level meetings.

Transcribe correspondence as required by CMO, as well as otherSenior Leadershipas requested, and maintain confidentiality. Copy and distribute all correspondence within twenty-four (24) hours, if possible.

Responsible for scheduling Fed Med Man  meetings with other administrators/medical directors.

Assist in the typing of contracts as requested by CMO, andSenior Leadership, incorporating suitable contract language as appropriate for each specific contract, keeping current in regards to state and federal laws and regulations, as well as those mandated by contracted Health Plans.

Prepare and maintain scheduling of the Hospitalist.

Any other projects as assigned by CMO and/orSenior Leadershipfrom time to time.

Education and / or Experience:

High school graduate required;
College preferred

Excellent written skills including knowledge of correct punctuation grammar and spelling.

Ability to transcribe at least 70 words per minute, with accuracy, on computer.

Working knowledge of the use of modems, fax machines

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and the ability to develop and maintain a functional data base as required.

Ability to deal responsibly with matters of a confidential nature.

Ability to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $25 and $27 hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including asign-on bonusand discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and variouspaid time offbenefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
