We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy professional to provide comprehensive executive and personal support to one of our Directors. The ideal candidate is experienced in supporting senior executives, managing complex schedules, and handling confidential matters with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and visa applications.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Liaise with internal departments, subsidiaries, business partners, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Maintain confidential documents and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Organize executive meetings, business events, and corporate activities.
- Anticipate the Director's needs, resolve issues proactively, and provide administrative and personal support as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Director.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, Directors, or business owners as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Willing to work flexible hours and travel when required.
- Experience in a holding company or diversified business group is an advantage.
