Our founder is a visionary leader with a dynamic, fast-paced schedule who needs a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and provide strategic support.

Job Summary

We are seeking a resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Founder in day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of discretion, capable of handling a variety of tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the founder’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.

Handle email correspondence, draft responses, and prioritize messages for review.

Maintain and organize files, documents, and records (digital and physical).

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Serve as a liaison between the founder and internal/external stakeholders.

Coordinate with teams across production, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment with the founder’s directives.

Assist with event planning, both internal (team meetings, off-sites) and external (tradeshows, exhibitions).

Arrange domestic and international travel, including transportation, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.

Prepare expense reports and manage reimbursements and travel budgets.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Proficiency in office tools (Google Workspace, MS Office).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Interest in handicrafts, design, or social impact is a plus.

Flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to work.
