Role Description
The PA will provide executive and personal support, manage schedules, facilitate communication, arrange travel, handle errands, and oversee office administration.
Details
- Basic Salary: RM5,000–18,000
- Work Locations: Q Sentral and Shah Alam (not fully office-based)
- Travel Requirements: Regular travel within Malaysia and overseas (travel claims provided)
- Transport: Frequent travel required; car ownership preferred (mileage claims provided)
- Working Hours: Flexible but odd hours, OT required, primarily at night (no OT claims, but late start allowed after OT)
- Social Interaction: Frequent communication and engagement required (mobile claims and entertainment claims provided)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive and personal assistance to the MD.
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Arrange travel, including bookings, itineraries, and logistics.
- Oversee and support office administration.
- Handle internal and external communications for the MD.
- Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Run errands and assist with personal tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in executive and personal support roles.
- Strong organizational and calendar management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skilled in travel planning and logistics coordination.
- Patience, adaptability, and ability to manage changes.
- Calm, composed, and able to work under pressure.
- High discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay (spoken and written).
