We’re on the lookout for a high-performance Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director-the driving force behind one of India & UAE’s fastest-growing F&B brands, known for its innovation, quality, and people-first culture.
This role is not about managing a calendar and taking notes. It’s about amplifying the effectiveness of a founder who’s building something remarkable across geographies, brands, and teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the right hand: Provide strategic and operational support to the MD in managing daily priorities, initiatives, and decisions.
Automate + Report: Build, automate, and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards across departments (Sales, Ops, HR, Finance).
Follow-through Champion: Ensure teams and individuals deliver on tasks, updates, and decisions with precision and timeliness.
Calendar + Meetings Mastery: Manage a dynamic calendar, coordinate internal & external meetings, and ensure preparedness.
️ Travel & Logistics: Plan and manage complex travel itineraries, events, and engagements across India and UAE.
System Builder: Constantly look for opportunities to automate recurring processes (think Zapier, Notion, Google Workspace, Excel scripting, etc.)
Think Ahead: Anticipate needs, pre-empt issues, and make decisions that protect the MD’s time and focus.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
5-6+ years as an Executive Assistant to C-Level/Founders in high-growth startups or reputed organizations.
Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Excel/Sheets (advanced), Trello/Click Up, and workflow automation tools.
Obsessed with detail, deadlines, and delivery.
Strong analytical mindset – you enjoy building and interpreting reports, not just compiling them.
You get excited about automating what others do manually.
High emotional intelligence and professionalism-you can interface with everyone from board members to ground staff.
Excellent communication skills-spoken, written, and presentation.
