Executive AssistantLocation: Binghamton, NY (In-Person)Compensation: $45,000 – $52,000 Base Salary + Bonuses (Expected Annual Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000)

About Easy Street Buyers:Easy Street Buyers specializes in wholesaling and flipping real estate and is rapidly expanding its operations. We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to directly support our CEO. This in-person role is pivotal in managing daily operations, maximizing productivity, and bringing clarity and order to an evolving and dynamic environment.

Position Overview:The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in managing the CEO’s calendar, communications, tasks, and projects. The ideal candidate has real estate industry experience, excels in creating order from chaos, and is exceptional at prioritizing and proactively addressing needs.

Core Responsibilities:

Calendar & Schedule Management: Proactively manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

Email Management: Serve as the primary gatekeeper for the CEO’s email, proactively addressing messages, ensuring timely responses, and keeping critical information organized.

Task & Priority Management: Work closely with the CEO to identify, document, and track priorities, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently.

Ownership & Autonomy: Independently identify and manage tasks that do not require direct CEO involvement, ensuring effective outcomes and clear coordination with team members.

Team Coordination & Accountability: Serve as a central point for communication, ensuring organization, accountability, and timely follow-ups across the team.

Organization & Documentation: Create and maintain organized systems for documentation, paperwork, transaction records, and SOPs, continually improving processes and clarity.

Additional Expectations:

Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively identify potential issues before they become urgent.

Hold team members accountable to commitments, deadlines, and project milestones.

Rapidly adapt to shifting responsibilities and growing demands as the business evolves.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role, ideally within the real estate sector.

Outstanding organizational skills with a proven track record of creating order in dynamic or chaotic environments.

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and handle confidential information with discretion.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to team collaboration.

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

On call

Weekends as needed
