Executive Office Manager
SolPacific, LLC is a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registered investment advisor and national private equity firm dedicated to putting our investors first. We focus primarily on making investments in multi-family housing, commercial real estate, and venture capital opportunities.
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Chief Executive Office (CEO) and team. This full-time, in-person role, based in our Duluth office, combined executive support, office management and compliance administration. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistance, Legal Assistant or Office Manager, with a proven ability to manage complex priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
Manage the CEO’s complex calendar; schedule business and personal meetings and arrange logistics, and other business obligations.
Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
Compliance and Loan Administration
Support the Chief Compliance Office (CCO) in maintaining the firm’s compliance program, including policy updates and SEC reporting.
Assist with loan documentation and coordination with outside legal counsel, borrowers and title companies.
Office Management
Oversee office operations including coordinating with property managers, contractors and service providers, as needed, for maintenance, security and utilities.
Manage special projects as needed.
Technology and Collaboration
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), SharePoint, MS Teams.
Collaboration with team members to address complex challenges, demonstrating team player mentality.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant, Office Manager or similar experience.
5+ years of direct support of a senior leader/executive.
3+ years calendar management experience.
Real estate/private equity investment experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to support multiple senior level executives.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines.
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly organized with immaculate attention to detail.
Strong project management, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Self-disciplined with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Possess intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro skills.
Strong proficiency working with virtual meeting platforms such as MS Teams and Zoom.
A collaborative, team-oriented attitude is a must, where no task is too big or small
