The Executive Assistant will work directly with a C-level executive and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced startup environment. What You’ll Do
Manage complex calendars, arrange meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for our CEO.
Own all Office Management responsibilities including but not limited to organization of office, purchasing supplies, vendor and building management.
Manages executives’ expenses, including collection, organization and reporting. Organize invoices, work with the Finance Team to ensure invoices are paid.
Coordinating travel for new hires that train in our NYC Headquarters.
Greet visitors and route them to appropriate meetings.
Manage the office technology requirements for current and future employees; internet and hardware.
Plan and execute company events in partnership with the People Operations Team.
Who You Are

Able to thrive in a fast paced, fluid operating environment, where several pressing prioritizes tend to change rapidly
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills, unflappable and with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Reliable, comfortable at upholding strict levels of confidentiality
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with all teams
Proactive, flexible and willing to adapt to changing business needs and ability to manage multiple moving parts
What You Have
5+ years of experience in a dedicated Executive Assistant, Administrative, or Operations role.
Proven experience mastering multiple technical applications including word processing, database management, spreadsheets, graphics and presentation software, electronic calendar and email.
Expert attention to detail, must be able to manage complex scheduling.
Must have Excel / Google Sheet fluency including pivot tables.
Comfortability with tech hardware and troubleshooting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to independently write eloquent company-wide communicates.
Proven ability to take initiative and passion for owning your work and creating value
Ability to keep sensitive data confidential.
Located in New York City, ability to work in-office Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM
Due to the start-up nature of our business, flexibility in scheduling is required. Employment may require some nights and weekends.
